Refund Policy

Effective 2026-09-09.

If Routed Inbox does not work for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment by emailing support@guushu.com or via Paddle. Renewal payments may be refunded at our discretion if requested within 7 days and the service was not materially used in that period.

Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
